At school we have been learning about all sorts of different poems ranging from the Japanese Haiku poem to the Metaphor poem.We have been asked to publish three of our best Synonym poems, a couplet that contains similes for its subject or title. Here are some of mine:
Water
Lakes, rivers,dams, rain,
Water keeps Australia sain.
Got
Passed, received, given, had,
Got a present- now you’re glad.
Play
Compete, enjoy, participate, win,
Play has never been a sin.
